We process the following personal data: • Account information: Name, email, phone number, profile photo • Listing information: Vehicle details, photos, location, price • Communication data: In-platform messaging (chat) history • Technical data: IP address, browser info, session data • Usage data: View counts, search history This data is processed for service delivery, user authentication, security, and legal compliance.

Your personal data is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only shared in the following cases: • Supabase (infrastructure provider, servers in EU/Switzerland) • Vercel (hosting, servers in EU) • Competent authorities when legally required All sub-processors are bound by GDPR and DSG compliance agreements.

Your data is retained for the following periods: • Active account data: For the duration of the active account • Listing data: 10 years after removal from the platform • Messaging (chat) history: 10 years from the date of sending • Payment and transaction records: 10 years (legal requirement) • Technical log files: 90 days Even if you delete your account, the above data will continue to be retained for the specified periods to fulfil legal obligations and resolve potential disputes. Profile information will be anonymised and archived.

Under GDPR and DSG you have the following rights: • Right of access: You may request access to the data processed about you. • Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): Under certain conditions you may request deletion.
